Job Description

You will join the Vision Software Engineering team, that oversees the development of the image processing and machine vision software tool: Open eVision.
Software libraries like Open eVision need high level applications to help the customer to learn, prototype and design new machine vision solutions.
These applications integrate various features like live image acquisition, graphical user interface for the configuration and industrial protocols to communicate.
The role of the Vision Application Developer is to contribute to these applications, developed by Euresys or its partners.
Being part of this project offers many exciting challenges and requires a lot of creativity to propose intuitive, efficient, and easy to maintain solutions to technical problems.

Profile

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in in the field of image or video processing is an asset

Requirements

    • Good team player
    • Good analytical skills
    • Pragmatic problem solving with focus on code readability and ease of use
  • Technical Skills
    • Good knowledge of C/C++, design patterns and software architecture concepts
    • Experience with the C# and Python languages is an asset
    • Experience with the following software tools is an asset: Microsoft Visual Studio, boost, Git, OpenCV, IPP, CUDA, Qt, CMake
    • Ability to produce efficient code and to optimize complex algorithms
    • Being familiar with code quality practices like unit testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
  • Be able to collaborate with colleagues and business partners in French and in English
